📻 Radio Equipment Returns

Special Conditions: Two-way radios and walkie-talkies are subject to additional return restrictions due to regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Unused Condition: Must be in completely unused, factory-sealed condition
  • Compliance Labels: All regulatory compliance labels must be intact and unaltered
  • Original Packaging: Must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
  • No Activation: Device must not have been powered on or activated
  • No Programming: Must not have been programmed or configured

❌ Non-Returnable Radio Items

The following radio equipment cannot be returned:

  • Any radio that has been powered on or activated
  • Devices with removed or tampered compliance labels
  • Radios that have been programmed or configured
  • Equipment showing signs of use or wear
  • Devices missing original packaging or accessories
  • Radios that have been modified or tampered with

✅ Returnable Radio Items

The following radio equipment can be returned:

  • Factory-sealed, unused radio equipment
  • Devices with manufacturing defects (unopened)
  • Wrong model received (unopened)
  • Damaged during shipping (unopened)
  • Missing accessories (unopened)

⚠️ Regulatory Compliance Notice

Important: Two-way radio equipment is subject to strict regulatory compliance requirements in India. Once activated or used, these devices cannot be resold as new and may require special handling for disposal or refurbishment.

Customer Responsibility: Customers must verify that radio equipment meets their intended use requirements before opening or activating the device. Mega Mobile cannot accept returns of activated radio equipment due to regulatory restrictions.

How to Return an Item

Self-Service Return

Log into your account and go to "My Orders" section. Select the item you want to return and apply for return by yourself directly from your account.

Alternatively, you can create a ticket in customer care for return-related assistance and support.

Auto-Pickup Scheduled

Our courier partner will be automatically assigned and will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule pickup from your address.

Package for Pickup

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Our courier partner will handle all shipping arrangements.

Track Return

Track your return package using the tracking number provided by our courier partner.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Important: Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account details provided during return.
