Fill out the return form and our team will process your request within 24 hours. No reverse or forward shipping costs will be borne by you. Our courier partner will be automatically assigned for pickup from your address.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Do you provide return shipping labels?

No reverse or forward shipping costs will be borne by you. Our courier partner will be automatically assigned for pickup from your address at no additional cost. You don't need to print labels or arrange courier services yourself. Simply create a return request and our system will handle the rest.
